  • Compassionate Friends - an organisation of bereaved parents and their families, helping others through their grief after the death of a child (at whatever age).  Contact 0845 1232304 - www.tcf.org.uk
  • On Track - One to one general Youth Counselling service for children aged 14-19 but covers bereavement. (Only takes Swindon residents). Contact 01793 612969  
  • Winston’s Wish - one to one counselling for children aged between 6-18 years old bereaved as a result of murder or manslaughter or following the loss of someone who was serving in the military. Contact 08088 020 021   
  • Child Bereavement UK - offers a confidential service for bereaved families when a child has died and when a child is bereaved.  Contact  0800 02 888 40 - Weekdays 9am-5pm  
  • Pregnancy Choices - one to one support or with partner or family. For those who have an unplanned pregnancy or bereavement through abortion, miscarriage or stillbirth. Only for those who have a connection with the GWH hospital Swindon. Contact 01793 605133  
  • Samaritans - Support for anyone in emotional distress.  Helpline 01793 537373 or free on 116123 available 24/7 365 days a year  
  • Swindon Mind - working with adults with mild anxiety upwards. Contact 01793 432031
